Who we are
Welcome to Bridge14, your cozy micro-bakery nestled in the heart of O’Brienbridge. Founded in July 2021 by Annalee, a self-taught baker with a passion for crafting delicious, handmade treats, our bakery was born out of a love for family, community, and the art of baking. What started as a humble venture during the challenges of the pandemic has grown into a beloved local spot, known for our signature scones, stuffed cookies, and cinnamon rolls.
At Bridge14, we pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients, like Callebaut chocolate and real Irish butter, to create baked goods that are as wholesome as they are indulgent. Our team, including long-time members like Rebecca, Enya, Nicole, and Maggie, shares a commitment to quality and customer care, ensuring that every visit feels like coming home.
Our community’s unwavering support has been the cornerstone of our success. We’re proud to give back by sponsoring local teams and supporting neighborhood initiatives. Whether you’re here for your morning coffee, a freshly baked scone, or a special occasion cake, Bridge14 is more than just a bakery—it’s a place where memories are made and shared.
Thank you for being a part of our journey. We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of heaven in O’Brienbridge.

Our Team
Rebecca
Rebecca is one of Bridge14's "golden oldies," having been with us nearly from the start. She has been a steadfast member of our team, consistently creating beautiful baked goods. Rebecca is always open to learning and up-skilling, which makes her an invaluable part of our bakery.
Nicole – Mid-Week Manager
Nicole, Annalee's sister, has been crucial in managing the bakery while Annalee was in college. From coffee-making to rolling cookie dough, Nicole takes on any task with ease. Her support has been invaluable, and she remains a highly valued team member.
Enya – Manager
Enya is the backbone of Bridge14's growth. Her drive, work ethic, and professionalism are unmatched. While balancing her nursing studies, Enya ensures our team runs smoothly, even on the busiest days. We deeply appreciate her dedication over the past two years.
Maggie – Supervisor
Maggie has been instrumental in building strong customer relationships at Bridge14. While studying midwifery, Maggie expertly manages the front of house and ensures everything runs perfectly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help make her a key part of our team.
We are also supported by many other dedicated workers behind the scenes who make Bridge14 possible.

At Bridge14, we believe in the importance of supporting local businesses. We source our ingredients from nearby producers, ensuring the freshest and highest quality products. Our famous superfood smoothie bowls feature peanut butter from Nutshed, crafted by Eliza and Evie in Nenagh. We also stock their peanut butter on our shelves. Our fruit and vegetables are sourced from Limerick Fruit and Veg, and we use premium nibbed cacao from Wicklow. Supporting local isn’t just our choice; it’s our commitment to the community.

Furry Friends Welcome
At Bridge14, we’re as dog-friendly as they come! We love when our furry friends stop by, and we always have a treat ready for them. If your pup is feeling camera-ready, we’ll snap a photo and add it to our "Wall of Fame"—a special spot dedicated to our beloved four-legged visitors. So, bring your dog along on your next visit and let them become part of the Bridge14 family!
